    The Smart Plug is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor usage voids the one-year warranty.

  • Can I use two Smart Plugs in the same outlet?

    Yes, the Smart Plug was designed so that it doesn't block the second outlet opening.

  • How can the Smart Plug be controlled?

    You can set up and control the Smart Plug via the Deako App or through your preferred smart home platform (Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, etc). The Smart Plug can also be manually turned on and off using the button on the side of the plug.
