Customer Service
Customers appreciate the easy installation and attractive design, but report significant durability concerns with switches frequently failing within months, sticking, or becoming unresponsive. Many users, particularly those in new DR Horton homes, describe the quality as subpar for the premium price and note loose toggles and inconsistent performance. Despite responsive customer service and replacement options, the high failure rate and poor long-term reliability lead many customers to prefer traditional switches instead.
